Who we are

Melvon Nigeria Limited (MNL)) is a wholly Nigerian oilfield and energy services company that specializes in providing solutions, equipment, and services for Directional Drilling, Wellbore construction/ cased hole sidetracks, Well Completions, and Cased hole wireline services, equipment procurement and rentals in the oil and gas (and energy) industry. We are also into Marginal Field Development, Integrated Well completion services.

Melvon Nigeria Limited was incorporated in March 1994 with Nigeria Corporate Affair Commission (CAC) with Registration Number RC 241139 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The company is registered with Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) and Nigeria Petroleum Exchange (Nipex) with full license to operate and provide to both international and indigenous (independent) oil and gas companies operating in Nigeria.

Melvon utilizes the above offices in Port Harcourt & Lagos for the execution of Oil Field Services (OFS) contract awarded to the company. Melvon Lagos office is situated in the sprawling city of Lekki located in Lagos Victoria Island. From this office, our sales team easily accesses and provides timely support to our customers. Our Port Harcourt facility houses our head office and operations base.

The Port Harcourt office provides amenities for logistics management, equipment preparation, maintenance, and assembly. Our administration block comfortably seats project engineers, completion supervisors/specialists, and drilling engineers, accommodates visiting customer representatives and provides extensive state-of-the-art training and beacon rooms.

Our 9,643.36 square meters warehouse/workshop area is designed to support multiple operations ranging from onshore, swamp, shelf, and deep-water projects as well as equipment stacking and recceing inspections.

We provide cutting-edge down-hole and well engineering solutions to the oil and gas Industry. Our solutions are affordable, simple, and reliable. Safety is a non-negotiable standard in all our operations, meeting internationally set standards.

TECHNICAL PARTNERSHIP

In compliance with article 14 of the Nigerian Content Directive, and after a rigorous due diligence process, BHGE formed a partnership with Melvon Nigeria Limited as its local content vehicle for well completion and intervention services. The partnership ensures that we deliver world class products and services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. In other words, BHGE is the original equipment manufacturer of the products we deliver for well completions needs. BHGE remains the leading technology and well completion service provider globally and have patented several down hole equipment that are in use worldwide, with a reputation of having the most reliable down hole completions tools.

Melvon Nigeria Limited, as channel partner, can procure and access any BHGE completions equipment, down hole tools as well as technical and engineering support. On the job and overseas class room training have been provided for Melvon field personnel by BHGE.
